Everything I’ve learned about the Fuji treadmill has lived up to the hype, and if you’re after something that’s both chic and remarkable, you don’t need to look any further.

I've had my Fuji treadmill for roughly two years now, and I accidentally over-oiled it, which led to some issues. Gotta say, the manual isn’t super clear on how to keep the treadmill in good shape. I reached out to Fuji, and they got back to me pretty quick. The technician who came over was friendly, knowledgeable, and right on schedule. He fixed the issue, and I'm happy to recommend them and back a local business. Fingers crossed I get the same help if something goes wrong again! Thanks a bunch!

The treadmill does its job pretty well, at least when it’s working. We figured out it was a power cable issue. When we reached out to Fuji, the representative was quite rude, almost making us feel foolish. He set up a visit to check it out. He claimed he waited outside for an hour, but honestly, he was a bit of a jerk. When he finally came in, he insisted there was nothing wrong, but I mentioned we swapped the power cable and it seems fine now. The problem usually pops up after my husband has been using it for a bit, but the guy only ran it for 30 seconds. Then he accused me of messing with the fuse in the machine, which I wouldn’t even know how to find. Is this company really just one person? They present themselves as a big operation, but it feels like it’s just one guy handling everything—phone calls, online chats, and the service visits. It’s all a bit odd.

It fits nicely in my limited space, is sleek, sturdy, and operates flawlessly. Setting it up and using it was a breeze. The delivery team was superb as well. Even though it was packed nicely, a protective plastic cover on one corner was damaged when I took it out. I reached out to customer support. That same day, within 4 hours, a technician arrived to fix the broken part, making it as good as new.

I bought my items while COVID was still a thing, so it wasn't the easiest process. But let me tell ya, the folks at Fuji Health were top-notch and took care of any problems I encountered. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I got this treadmill as a Christmas gift for myself back in December 2020, and I’m still really into it! The design is super sleek and ergonomic, fitting perfectly in my living room (I don’t even bother folding it up anymore since I use it so often, and it just blends in nicely in the corner without taking up too much space). The touchscreen controls are straightforward and user-friendly, plus it’s Bluetooth compatible, so I can connect my phone to the USB port for music (the phone holder is adjustable enough to accommodate my Amazon Fire tablet). This treadmill has a solid weight, ensuring it stays put on the floor. I put a rubbery yoga mat underneath to protect my floorboards, but that’s optional. It’s not so heavy that I can’t move it around a bit when I’m cleaning. The treadmill features 3 adjustable slope levels that you can change manually. It’s really a user-friendly piece of equipment that looks fantastic. If I could give it an extra star, I totally would... because it comes fully assembled! You just take it out of the (massive) box it arrives in (little ones will have a blast with the box!) and unfold it, plug it in, and voila... you’re all set. Oh, and they even include a handy little squeezy bottle of oil for maintenance. I’d rate this machine 10 stars out of 5!!

Awesome service! I tested the treadmill on Saturday, and it was delivered and set up by Tuesday as promised. They went over all the features, including the app. It's a handy size and comes with everything I need. It looks sleek and can be folded up if I need to save space. Exactly what I wanted!
